ABOUT US
ABOUT
We are building the world’s first Ocean & Space Health Platform — a revolutionary life science system that bridges marine and space health sciences through reciprocal innovation.
Service
SERVICE
SERVICE
We provide Ocean & Space Health Platform, a deep-tech health infrastructure for extreme environments.
Marine Safety
Safety platform for both workers and guests
In addition to the decompression algorithms currently in widespread use around the world, this system calculates risk scores in real time based on individual divers’ physical condition, constitution, activity level, and environmental factors such as water temperature and water pressure. It helps prevent accidents and supports rapid decision-making by supervisors.Space Health
Pre-mission, in-mission and post-mission safety and health platform
We are currently building the evidence base for this platform through independent analysis of NASA's public Inspiration4 (SpaceX civilian mission) clinical dataset — modeling individual physiological baselines and testing whether low-cost biomarkers can predict deeper immune/inflammatory changes after spaceflight. Full methodology and findings available on request.
Deep Links between Ocean and Space
MARKET
Diving tourism, which allows people to experience beautiful oceans, has grown in response to rising global environmental awareness. The worldwide market size is projected to reach US$4.11 billion in 2023, with a CAGR of 10.1% through 2029*. Furthermore, cumulative space tourism passengers are projected to exceed 41,000 by 2030**. The ocean and space share environmental similarities— the absence of air and gravity change —and are known to exert significant impacts on bodily tissues. We focus on these two environments to advance the science and technology that protects life.

Why now? - Critical Safety Gaps
ISSUES
Oceans and space share life-threatening challenges,
Earth Domain
* Among people involved in a water accident in Japan (FY2023), 44.6% died or went missing — a case-fatality rate 47× higher than for traffic accidents (0.95%).
* 300,000 global drownings annually, a leading cause of unintentional injury death.
Space Domain
* 41,000+ cumulative space tourism passengers projected by 2030, with orbital spaceflight forecast to generate the largest share of revenue (Northern Sky Research, 2021).
* Health monitoring for non-astronauts remains underdeveloped — current pre-flight medical standards still trace back to 2006 FAA guidance predating the first civilian orbital flight, with an evidence base of fewer than 200 centrifuge volunteers and only 12 civilian orbital participants. (Minoretti, 2026, *Cureus* 18(5):e109824)
Why High Fatality? - Shared Stressors between Ocean & Space
* Health Issues under pressure changes and microgravity
* Loss of orientation
* Lack of established preventative measures
* Costs of equipment and construction control towers
CONSTRUCTION
“A diver lost consciousness, but we couldn’t detect it—only heard breathing via the tethered audio line.”
MARINE and SPACE TOURISM
“Young staff can’t always confront guests with health concerns.”
RESCUE
“It is difficult to pinpoint the location of the person in need of rescue.”
Real-time monitoring to protect lives
SOLUTIONS
To prevent accidents in marine and space environments, we are accumulating life science research and empirical data. By directly acquiring environmental and vital data via wearable devices, we meticulously assess individual risks—unlike external AI observation and prediction. Control towers can manage overall and individual conditions in real time through cloud services, enabling swift lifesaving in emergencies.

Mission-Critical Deep Tech
Science-based modeling of human survival under extreme pressure & microgravity
Multimodal Sensing & Position Engine
OS-agnostic engine fusing biosignals, environment, and 3D IMU-based positioning across underwater and space
Health Intelligence Loop
Expert-supervised AI that transforms raw mission data into predictive risk detection
Full Mission Lifecycle Services
End-to-end services across Pre-, In-, and Post-mission phases for resilience and recovery
Voice of the Ocean Professionals
VOICE
Messages from leaders who love the sea have been received.
Mr. Wakamatsu is a young leader who serves as chief guide at Ose. Osezaki is located at the entrance of West Izu, Izu Peninsula, and is surrounded by Fuji-Hakone-Izu National Park, a UNESCO-certified Geo park, a natural monument, and a marine ecosystem of the highest quality.
For safety management of a large site with nearly 300 divers!
xerograv., this is a very promising project! Osezaki is a large site where nearly 300 divers may dive at one time, and as the site manager, I can check which teams have come up, etc. by having not only individual divers wear the equipment, but also instructors. I am also very excited about the ability for instructors/divers to communicate with each other underwater.
